‘La Cachette’ is a large two bedroom, self contained ground floor Gite of 65m2, with outdoor seating, B. B. Q. and patio furniture for ‘al fresco’ dining, in its own private garden area.  ‘La Cachette’ offers accommodation for up to 6 people.
 

With two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds and a double settee bed for a larger family room, alternatively, the settee bed can be moved to accommodate adults in the lounge. A cot can be provided on request. There is a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. 


A large comfortable salle de sejour with settee and armchairs, T.V. for videos and D.V.D’s, books and games.


The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped to cater for and seat 6 people.  The domestic appliances include gas cooker, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer and convector heaters for occasional chilly evenings. All beds have duvets, english pillows and all bed linen, tea towels, gas and electricity are included in the rental price, together with a 'welcome pack'. 


Also available to guests are bikes, boules, croquet, badminton, tennis and table tennis.

All other shopping requirements can be found 14km (9 miles) away in Montignac which is set around the river Vezere.  The best local markets are held at Terrasson, Sarlat and Montignac and a small Sunday market is most handy at the very pretty St. Genies.

Guests can enjoy the 8x4 metre swimming pool, which is fully fenced with a lockable gate making it safe for children.  The pool is shared with the English owners, who maintain it and live on site for any ‘wants or needs’.
